This updated home's open floorplan provides an abundance of room for family and friends to gather. This gorgeous property is enchanting with its paved driveway, brick walkway to cove, and professional landscaping. We have an abundance of parking options for multiple vehicles and boat trailers. The "wake free" cove is ideal for floating, kayaking, and fishing. This location is especially convenient with easy access to multiple restaurants by car or by boat. Hiking at a national park, golf, ice cream stands and Bridgewater Plaza are amongst many of the nearby attractions.

Brown Dog's Bluff provides incredible views from the Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room and Lower level. The Main floor open living space has cathedral ceilings and is a great host for large family meals, movie nights or board games. You won't feel left out in this kitchen open to the living room, with countertop seating. The large dining table with 5 chairs and a bench welcomes 8-9 people. The kitchen, dining room and living room are ideal for large family/friend gatherings.
You may not want to leave the large King Master Bedroom Suite with large windows accessing fantastic waterfront views, desk and huge walk-in closet. You will enjoy a luxurious and immense Master Bedroom Bath; it is spa-like, with jetted bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Free High Speed Internet and desk will accommodate your needs if you need to bring your work with you. 2 additional large bedrooms with Queen beds and additional Full Bathroom offer plenty of private living space on the Main Floor. An additional Half Bath provides access to facilities while showers are in use.
When you transition to the Lower Level, children and young adults will be overjoyed with the 2 sets of bunk beds, large sectional couch, DVD player, Wii entertainment system and half-bath. The lower level also has an extra large Game Room complete with ping-pong table, foosball, pool table and dart board. This is a perfect solution to a rainy day or after-dark fun!
Sliding glass doors on both levels provide additional light, views of the lake and make an inviting transition to our deck and patio. From there you will enjoy an enchanted brick walkway to the dock and ~wake-free~ cove. *RELAX and FLOAT* You may want to explore with the kayaks and life vests provided. Our floating dock is the perfect temporary host to your boat or jet-ski, or you may rent from one of many local marinas. Please tie up to the floating dock, as there is no access to the boat lift. Bring your own fenders and life vests.

Our home is named after our beloved dog, Kodak, a brown chocolate Labrador Retriever that loves the lake! We understand that pets are family, and open our home to your dog(s) during your family vacation. Sorry, no cats. PLEASE bring your own sheets or blankets to cover all furniture that your pet(s) may be on. We want our home to be clean for all of our guests.
